Mountain Biking - Around Fort Stanton are the most incredible Mountain Biking trails.
Caving - Fort Stanton cave is open to the public Mid-April through October for exploration and education. The outer passages are suitable for any beginning caver in reasonably good physical condition. Longer trips require considerable exertion and expertise. Don't miss the opportunity to experience a wild cave under primitive conditions. The cave is located in Lincoln County, 6 miles southeast of Capitan The nearest services are in Capitan and Ruidoso.
